Shipping Partners

We partner with major international shipping companies like FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, working with local couriers to deliver straight to your door. We proudly offer flat rate worldwide shipping to ensure that your orders are delivered with convenience and reliability.

Order Processing & Payment Verification

Your order will be charged upon confirmation, and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping. This process may take several days. To help prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.

Shipping Process

It typically takes 2-5 working days for us to fulfill your order and transport it to our carrier's sort facility. Some items may take longer, especially around major holidays (up to 10 days), or if there are stock availability issues with popular items.

Once your order has begun processing through our shipping department, no changes can be made, including address changes. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Multiple Items

For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates due to variations in manufacturing locations.

Tracking

All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order is dispatched. Note that some shipping companies may take several days to update tracking information in their system. If your tracking info hasn’t been updated after 5 business days, please contact us.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping times vary by country or region. 

Usually our shipping times take from 10 -18 days on maximum.

While we strive to deliver your order on time, Dual Walker cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labour disputes, protests, or any other events beyond our control.

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please report it to the shipping carrier and file a claim.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct before placing an order. We begin processing orders immediately, so we cannot make address changes once the order has been submitted. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we are unable to retrieve it for address corrections.
